Corn Creek Pyrg
 
This original artwork is a part of a series of desert artworks created during my time in the Desert National WIldlife Refuge in Southern Nevada.  The Corn Creek pyrg is  tiny snail smaller than a grain of rice. It only exists in the spring waters that feed Corn Creek in a rare desert oasis on the outskirts of Las Vegas.
